Restaurants for sale in Seattle, WA

Looking for a restaurant for sale in Seattle? This page brings restaurants tagged to the Seattle area together from public listing sites and brokers, in one free search. Recent listings run from a café by Pike Place and Italian spots on Pike/Pine to pubs in Capitol Hill, the U-District and Green Lake, plus teriyaki, pho, sushi and Korean restaurants across King County. It reaches well past the city too, with pizza places on Mercer Island, Eastside spots in Bellevue and Kirkland, and bars and grills in Tacoma, Everett and Lynnwood. A good share are asset sales of a fully equipped kitchen, which can be a cheaper way in if you have your own concept, so check whether a listing is a running business or just the space and equipment. Questions about buying restaurants in Seattle

What's the difference between a running restaurant and an asset sale?
A running restaurant comes with its sales history, staff and customers. An asset sale is mostly the lease, kitchen and equipment, such as a Type 1 hood, so you'd bring your own concept. Asset sales usually ask less and don't show cash flow.
Can I keep the liquor license or pull tabs when I buy?
Not automatically. In Washington, a new owner generally applies to the state Liquor and Cannabis Board to take over a liquor license, and pull tabs need a license from the Washington State Gambling Commission. Ask the broker what's in place and plan time for approvals.
How is the cash-on-cash number worked out?
It's an estimate on our model, shown only when a listing shares cash flow: 30% down, a 7.5% interest rate and a 10-year loan, with cash flow left after loan payments divided by the down payment. Many restaurant listings don't share cash flow, so those show no number. You can run your own figures in our free business acquisition calculator.
